We're glad you were curious enough to visit this page. Bowling is a sport that everyone can play and enjoy for a lifetime. And it's a sport that can bewilder and intimidate beginners. The tips, drills, lessons and videos in the How To Bowl section are meant for beginning to intermediate bowlers, but everyone can benefit from a primer on the basic skills of bowling.

Please feel free to comb through the Tips and Drills section for game specifics. Tips and Drills will also be where we post a regular blog about all things bowling. If you want some personal attention, then check out the Classes and Clinics section for live instruction. If you have questions about how to choose a ball or just why bowling shoes are so ugly, then head straight to the Equipment section. And last, if you are a Physical Education teacher in Lincoln or the surrounding area, we do have portable bowling equipment we'd love to check out to you, along with bowling curriculum, for your classes, free of charge.
