Rules
You cannot win unless you enter. Entering multiple times will not improve your chances of winning. You must enter online using the above form or you may enter in-center by requesting an entry blank at the front desk. You must be willing to be contacted by us via a valid email address and/or phone number. You can only win one monthly drawing of new bowling shoes, but you may re-enter to win the Grand Prize Pakage. One pair of new shoes will be awarded per month in the months of September 2009, October 2009, November 2009, December 2009, January 2010, February 2010, March 2010. The Grand Prize of shoes, ball and free bowling will be awarded in April 2010.
